| Founded 2 February 1914, United States Power Squadrons® (USPS®) is a 501(c)(3) organization promoting Safe Boating through Education. Each squadron's activities involve the three primary objectives of USPS: community service, continuing education, and enjoying the friendship and camaraderie of our fellow members Our major civic service is offering regular boating courses to the public. District 8 is one of the 33 districts in the organization and covers the East Coast of Florida from Sebastian Inlet to Key West.

| Sebastian Inlet Sail & Power Squadron was chartered 8 November 2003 and is the newest chartered squadron of the 15 squadrons which form District 8. We currently provide:

Membership

The only requirements for membership are a keen interest in boating related activities, an eagerness to meet like minded people and successful completion of an approved boating course.

Monthly Meetings

Our monthly membership meetings are held on the fourth (4th) Monday of each month except for December
